Bio

BLOODFEAST was founded in autumn 1997 in the west-styrian hills in Austria.
They recorded a demo MC "Herr der Herren" with their first songs and did their first gigs. After the guitar player left the band ("...the music is too heavy and the lyrics are too sick...") they changed their style to death metal and recorded the demo CD "Pain Machine". At that time BLOODFEAST started to perform live more regularely and were titled "Austria's youngest death metal Band".
In 1999 the drummer was replaced by a much more professional and also older one, so that "title" was lost...
In 2000 the demo CD "Orgasm through torture" was recorded in the unholy rehearsal room of BLOODFEAST.
In 2002 they released their last Demo "Dead but dreaming" which was the last publication with this Line Up. After some personal disagreements the drummer quit and the bassist followed shortly after him.
So Wolf (git, voc), the main brain of BLOODFEAST was left alone to restart the band. A new drummer (Gatti) and bass player (Ghandi) were found quickly. With that lineup BLOODFEAST started to take off quite well and had some great live gigs.
In December 2004 James Blood (git) joined BLOODFEAST and the work for the upcoming Album started. It was time to find a their own style and in autumn 2004 they entered the studio and recorded their CD "Autophobia" which was finally released by PH-Music in autumn 2005.
In December 2005 Ghandi (bass) quit and Björn replaced him.
